Ravi Philemon
I was born in a staunch Hindu family and have walked on fire and pierced my body with skewers as a sacrifice to the Hindu gods from the age of 10. In 1986, at the verge of suicide and having lost all faith in gods, I had a supernatural encounter with the living God, Christ Jesus. I heard the audible voice of God saying, "I am the God you are looking for! I am Christ Jesus! There is none other than Me!" This encounter saved me from possible suicide and to the eternal love of God.
In 1988, I helped pioneer an Assemblies of God Church in Singapore. Then in 1993, The Lord called me to step out into the prophetic and I pioneered the Last Hour Ministries. Soon after, I also started pioneering a non-denominational, full gospel believing Church, 'House of Praise' in Singapore and was her Overseer till 2004. I have served the Lord prophetically among the nations with signs, wonders and miracles following. I am well received in countries like Malaysia, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Indonesia and South Africa. Some ministers in these countries look up to me as a spiritual father. I currently live in the south towns off Buffalo, New York.
Excellent prophetic insights are a special gifting of my ministry. In the year 2000, the Lord gave me a special prophetic insight about his Body, the Ecclesia, that she needs to be an organism and not an organization, that she must not be program driven but be covenant-linked. I have since been carrying these prophetic insights, and imparts them in the 'Covenant Community' seminars and conferences. I am also is used as an end-time prophet who cries to God's people, 'Come out of Babylon!’
"In these last days, the Lord has been using me to father and to teach other men of God to father their own spiritual sons. My calling is to be 'A Voice', a voice in the wilderness who prepares the way for His Second Coming".
I am married to Catherine, who is the completer of my ministry and together; we have two lovely children, a daughter Jewel Loveenia and a son Jeremy Jeyanth. Together we say, "As for me and my household, we shall serve the Lord!"
